About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 tbsp Coco Reàl (cream of coconut)
2 cups soy sauce
1 cup fish sauce
1 cup fresh lime juice
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup sesame oil
1 oz habanero pepper, chopped
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp water
Fresh mint, cilantro, and chopped peanuts for garnish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the cornstarch and water in a saucepot and bring to a simmer.
Mix cornstarch and water together, then stir into the sauce and bring to a boil.
Serve chilled or hot alongside the cooked snapper.
Garnish with fresh mint, cilantro, and peanuts.
