About the Recipe
I headed out off the coast of Florida to catch some beautiful Yellowtail Snapper, and I’m showing you exactly how to turn this fresh catch into a restaurant-quality meal. This snapper with a homemade Thai coconut sauce is the perfect balance of citrus, spice, and savory.
The secret to getting that rich, authentic taste in the sauce? I use Coco Real cream of coconut. It adds the perfect sweetness to balance the heat. 👇 Get Coco Real here: https://amzn.to/4rdxb3y (As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.)
