Fresh foraged oyster mushrooms
Butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper
Optional: garlic, herbs
Preparation
Clean mushrooms by brushing off debris (avoid washing with water if possible).
Tear into strips along the grain.
Cook in a hot pan or camp stove skillet with butter over medium-high heat.
