About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • Fresh whole crab (1–2 per person)

  • Fresh mahi-mahi fillets

  • Butter or coconut oil

  • Fresh lime juice

  • Salt, pepper, island spices (allspice, thyme, scotch bonnet optional)

Preparation

  1. Clean and rinse crab. Crack claws slightly for flavor penetration.

  2. Season crab and mahi with salt, pepper, garlic, and spices.

  3. Sauté crab in butter over high heat 8–10 minutes until red and cooked through.

  4. In the same pan, cook mahi 3–4 minutes per side until flaky.

  5. Finish with fresh lime juice. Serve immediately.
