Ingredients
1 lb ground beef or venison
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Egg noodles or pasta, cooked
Preparation
Brown the ground meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic, cook 3 minutes until softened.
Add mushrooms and cook 4 minutes until they release their moisture.
Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve over cooked noodles.
