Ingredients
Fresh panfish fillets (bluegill, crappie, or similar)
Louisiana Fish Fry breading
Old Bay Seasoning
Garlic salt
Peanut oil (for frying)
Preparation
Season fillets with garlic salt and Old Bay.
Coat thoroughly in Louisiana Fish Fry breading.
Heat peanut oil to 350°F in a cast iron skillet or fryer.
Fry fillets 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
