Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/3 tsp dried thyme)

  • Butter

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Scramble eggs with a pinch of salt.

  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat.

  3. Add eggs and cook slowly, stirring often.

  4. Add thyme just before eggs set.

  5. Season and serve immediately.
