About the Recipe

Ingredients
4 sweet potatoes
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp honey
Preparation
Peel and cube sweet potatoes.
Place in crockpot with rosemary sprigs.
Drizzle honey over the top, add salt and cinnamon.
Cook on low 4–6 hours or high 2–3 hours until fork-tender.
Remove rosemary sprigs before serving.
