Ingredients
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (from a fresh pumpkin)
1–2 tsp truffle oil
1/2 tsp salt
Optional: pinch of cayenne
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rinse seeds and pat dry.
Toss with truffle oil, salt, and any optional spices.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
Cool before serving.
