About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (from a fresh pumpkin)

  • 1–2 tsp truffle oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Optional: pinch of cayenne

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. Rinse seeds and pat dry.

  3. Toss with truffle oil, salt, and any optional spices.

  4. Spread on a baking sheet and roast 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.

  5. Cool before serving.
