About the Recipe

Ingredients
2 bananas, sliced and frozen
1/2 avocado
1 T honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Chocolate syrup
Whipped cream (optional)
Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender except for the whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings if desired.
