About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 T honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

  • 1/4 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

  • Chocolate syrup

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • Dark chocolate shavings (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender except for the whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings if desired.
