Ingredients
Sushi rice
Rice vinegar, sugar, salt (for seasoning rice)
Nori sheets
Fresh sushi-grade fish (salmon, tuna, or your choice)
Cucumber, avocado, or other fillings
Soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger (for serving)
Preparation
Cook and season sushi rice per package directions.
Lay nori on a bamboo mat and spread rice evenly.
Add fillings in a line across the center.
Roll tightly using the mat and seal the edge with water.
Slice into pieces with a sharp wet knife.
