Ingredients
Romaine lettuce (10–12 cups)
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Cherry tomatoes (optional)
Cucumber, sliced (optional)
Croutons (optional)
1/4 cup parmesan, freshly grated (dressing)
1 sardine filet (dressing)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (dressing)
Juice of 1 lemon (dressing)
2–3 garlic cloves, minced (dressing)
1/4 cup olive oil (dressing)
2 tsp Dijon mustard (dressing)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (dressing)
Sea salt and black pepper (dressing)
Preparation
Combine all dressing ingredients except olive oil into an immersion blender container or jar.
Blend slowly while drizzling in olive oil as the dressing combines.
Blend 1–2 minutes until creamy and smooth. Adjust with more olive oil or lemon juice to thin.
Wash and chop romaine lettuce.
Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and protein if desired.
Toss with Caesar dressing.
Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and serve.
