Ingredients
1 Gallon Peanut oil https://amzn.to/4eMgvud

Chicken fry mix https://amzn.to/3RT1nBx
Baking mix (1/3 box) https://amzn.to/3XWuvvc
Chick-fil-a sauce https://amzn.to/3zBN5yC

Sweet chili sauce https://amzn.to/4bAwMj0
Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat from gator meat and cut into 1" cubes.
Set meat into a bowl and splash some hot sauce on it. Mix it around to coat meat evenly.
Step 2
Pour 2/3 box of baking mix into large paper grocery bag.
Pour 1/3 box of chicken fry mix into paper grocery bag.
Mix together.
Add gator to bag and shake to coat.
Step 3
Pour 1 gallon peanut oil into deep fryer. Heat oil for 10 min.
Add gator to the fry basket. Cook in batches 2-3 minutes per batch.

Step 4
In a medium bowl add equal parts of Chick-fil-a sauce and sweet chili sauce.
Add in a few shakes of hot sauce. Stir.
Add in gator bites and fold in gently to coat.
