Ingredients

  • Fresh cinnabar red chanterelle mushrooms

  • Butter or olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Optional: garlic, thyme, splash of white wine

Preparation

  1. Clean mushrooms with a dry brush — avoid soaking in water.

  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add mushrooms and sauté 5–7 minutes until tender and golden.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic or thyme.

  5. Serve as a side or over toast.
