Ingredients
Rainbow trout fillet
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Pinch salt
Pinch black pepper
1/2 lemon, sliced
Preparation
Pat the trout dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil and rub into the surface. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Brush or spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place trout skin side down and lay lemon slices on top.
Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
Plate and enjoy!
